Job Description

Qualified Candidates will;

Maintain records of patients’ care, condition, progress, or problems while reporting and discussing observations with supervisor or case manager.
Provide the patients with help such as moving in and out of beds, bath, wheelchairs or automobiles and support patient with personal hygiene.
Care for patients by changing bed linens, washing and ironing laundry, cleaning or assisting them with their personal care.
In addition, the home nurse will entertain, converse with, or read aloud to the patients to keep them mentally healthy and alert.

Requirements

1. Must be a registered nurse (RNs) or if not a nurse, register for a one month course to be a certified Home Health Aide by TG health
2. Completed a four-year (4) bachelor of science in nursing (BScN) degree( waived if completing TG Health
Home Health Aide course)
3. A two (2) to three (3) year hospital diploma program or a degree in nursing.
4. Must be available for evening, night, holiday or weekend shifts.
5. Should have a good listening and communication skills
6. Must have strong interpersonal skills.
7. Must have a Nursing registration certificate or Home Health Aide certification from TG Health
8. The applicant(s) should have at least 0 - 2year experience in the home nursing healthcare.
9. Must have clinical skills.
